Investment stage

Different stages require different questions.

We adapt the review to what a company should reasonably be able to demonstrate at its current stage.

01

Pre-Seed & Seed

Founders, the problem being solved, market potential, product vision, early validation, and capital efficiency.

02

Series A

Product-market fit, customer demand, revenue traction, go-to-market strategy, unit economics, and use of proceeds.

03

Series B & Later

Repeatable growth, financial performance, management depth, governance, valuation, scalability, and potential liquidity pathways.

Expertise-aware review

We know when deeper expertise matters.

Initial reviews focus on the business model, market opportunity, management team, traction, financial potential, valuation, and investment terms. When an opportunity requires specialized scientific, clinical, regulatory, technical, or industry knowledge, we seek appropriate member or outside expertise before advancing to detailed diligence.

For founders & entrepreneurs

Introduce your company.

We welcome non-confidential introductions from founders across industries and stages. If the initial business and investment screen suggests a fit, and the right expertise is available, we may invite the company to a deeper review through a separate Secure Folder.

Already invited? Founders who have received a Secure Folder invitation can proceed directly to the document portal.
